Depth Sharing
To receive depth information from the Unreal output, drag the corresponding shared asset to the Depth slot. By default, the VizrtMedia plug-in stores the Unreal depth information in the AUX2 asset.
It is also possible to control the Unreal clipping planes position by changing the distance from the camera for the Near and Far planes:
Info: Please check the Mixing Depth Buffers page for more information about the depth sharing between Unreal and Viz Engine.
Asset Link
We can associate an Unreal project file collection with a Viz scene by dragging it to the File Collection slot. In the image below, a file collection named Unreal was dragged to the slot:
The file collection (Unreal project) is automatically restored from Graphic Hub when the scene is opened and then loaded by Unreal when Unreal is launched from Viz Engine. To launch Unreal manually from Viz, use the Unreal Control window on On Air mode:
To launch Unreal automatically when loading the scene or going On Air, set the desired Editor Launch Behavior option in Config:
Info: Please check the Working with File Collections page for more information about file collections in general, and Synchronization with Graphic Hub for information about how to use file collections with Unreal.
